From the first contact thru to the final service call, we always try to maintain the highest level of communication throughout. Tho some still hate it…lol…texting is by far the fasted way to reach out and to get an immediate response. And it’s a great alternative for those who cannot tolerate “phone hold”. Here at Tommy’s you can TEXT our Main Number to arrange service! (during normal business hours). It’s yet another way we make it easy to stay in touch with you, and to be contacted by you.
Then, once our technician arrives on the job, he will inform you exactly what the cause of the problem is, and what is involved in the completion of the job. He will spend as much time as necessary to tell and show you what is involved in successfully completing the job to assure your complete satisfaction. Our Technicians are NOT on commission, and will always have your best interests at heart.
And then...standing behind what you say!
It is a commonly practiced ruse in the Air Conditioning Industry, to show up, and immediately quote a “Lowball” price simply to get your feet in the door. Then once embedded in the job, to upsell, to upsell, and to upsell some more. We stand behind our pricing. Occasionally there may be variables that could possibly affect final pricing that we cannot anticipate until the job has started, but when this presents itself to our Technicians, you’ll know about it IN ADVANCE. Our Office Staff will contact you to in advance to explain any unanticipated variable, and to obtain your permission for approval of its completion BEFORE any further work is performed. And although occasionally the Technician may suggest the need for a missing “accessory” to your A/C system that would be beneficial to your situation, it would simply constitute suggested advice for you to consider. Our Technicians are NOT on Commission, and there will be no upsell.
